S'more Brownies

Ingredients
  • A batch of brownies
  • Fluff
  • Graham Crackers (about 12 sheets or 24 squares)
  • Approx 10 oz. of semi sweet chocolate chips
  • A tablespoon of cream (light or heavy will work)
Instructions
  1. Bake up a batch of brownies.
  2. While the brownies are still warm, place graham cracker squares over the entire batch.
  3. Cut the brownies into squares by following the spaces between the graham crackers.
  4. Spread fluff over the tops of the graham crackers while they are still warm.
  5. Put the chocolate and cream in the top of a double boiler or in a bowl on top of a pan with simmering water and melt while stirring occasionally. If it looks too thick add a bit more cream very slowly.
  6. Once it is totally melted and has a smooth consistency pour over the brownies.
  7. Enjoy!
