Mango Mint Smoothie

Serves: 2 large cups (makes about 20 oz. total)
- 2 cups mango (fresh or frozen)
- ¾ cup pineapple (fresh or frozen)
- 1 cup of coconut milk
- ½ cup orange juice
- 6 fresh mint leaves
- Add all ingredients to blender. Blend well.
- Garnish with a pineapple or mango slice or fresh mint.
