Mango Mint Smoothie

If you want this to be a frozen smoothie and are using fresh fruit, add a handful of ice.

Serves: 2 large cups (makes about 20 oz. total)
Ingredients
  • 2 cups mango (fresh or frozen)
  • ¾ cup pineapple (fresh or frozen)
  • 1 cup of coconut milk
  • ½ cup orange juice
  • 6 fresh mint leaves
Instructions
  1. Add all ingredients to blender. Blend well.
  2. Garnish with a pineapple or mango slice or fresh mint.
